Dilatometer – DIL
Dilatometers are crucial pieces of equipment when testing dimensional changes in materials including metals, glasses, polymers and ceramics. They can test for coefficient of thermal expansion, linear thermal expansion, phase transitions, softening point, shrinkage steps, density changes, decomposition temperature, sintering temperature, anisotropic behavior and a range of other measurements. These function either by making physical contact with the material via a pushrod or through the use of non-contact optical sensors. A furnace incorporated into the instrument is used to heat the material in certain situations, although a dilatometer also can measure changes to materials as they cool or are kept at a specific temperature.
Thermogravimetric Analyzer – TGA
Almost all Linseis instruments for thermogravimetry (TGA) are top loading, and offer a highly user-friendly design with a maximum sensitive measurement system. The specially designed furnaces allow fast heating and cooling rates as well as a highly precise atemperature control in a temperature range from -150°C up to 2400°C.
Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer – (TGA-DSC)
he synchronous measurement of mass change (thermogravimetry) and energy conversion (dynamic differential calorimetry) on a single sample (Simultaneous Thermal Analysis – STA) provides significant information compared to using two separate devices.

A high reliability solution for routine measurement of the tapped density of powders, granules and similar products, the Copley JVi Series of testers offers all three methods specified in Eur. Ph. and USP.
The JVi tapped density series provides detailed reports, including Hausner ratio calculations for a wide range of industrial standards. A more sophisticated unit than the Tablet Thickness Tester 700, this gauge enjoys many of the same features but can be used in two different modes:
1. ‘Direct measurement’ mode which provides actual thickness
2. ‘Comparator measurement’ mode whereby a +/- variance from a pre-set norm is indicated on the display. This is extremely useful for rapid checks in the production environment.

suppository disintegration tester equipment designed in accordance with the specifications laid down in Ph. Eur. Test 2.9.2, the SDT 1000 is a single unit tester, optimised for assessing the disintegration properties of suppositories and pessaries and with the appropriate attachment, for measuring the softening time of lipophilic suppositories (as per Ph. Eur. 2.9.22.-2).
The suppository disintegration tester 1000 has a simple design, which uses manual inversion controlled using a water-resistant pulley system. Suppository test parameters including water bath temperature and stirrer speed are easily set using the touch key interfaces.

Chamber furnaces
High-accuracy industrial electric furnaces are designed by professional engineers and made from high-quality materials, such as heavy-duty metal parts and thermal insulation materials, which are manufactured in our factory. Furnaces are equipped with ceramic or heat resistant steel hearth plates, depending on your application. They can be applied in metal and other branches of industry, and used for hardening, normalizing, stress relieving, or other thermal treatment processes up to 1300 °C. Also, the furnace is fit with vents for removal of escaping gases or smoke during the thermal treatment process

The BP100 Bubble Pressure Tensiometer analyzes the mobility of surfactants based on the dynamic surface tension (SFT). Many questions about foam, one universal approach: The DFA100 Dynamic Foam Analyzer measures the foamability of liquids and the stability of quickly decaying or long lasting foam based on reproducible foaming and height detection.
